| Abstract: | Судебные органы конституционного (уставного) контроля субъектов Российской Федерации являются неотъемлемым атрибутом реализации конституционных принципов правового государства на региональном уровне. В сложноустроенных субъектах Российской Федерации они способны оптимизировать интеграционные процессы.
The judicial bodies of constitutional (statutory) control of the subjects of the Russian Federation are an integral attribute of the implementation of the constitutional principles of the rule of law at the regional level. In the complex regions of the Russian Federation, they are able to optimize integration processes. |
