| Abstract: | Автор впервые проанализировал проблемы, сложившиеся в отношениях между равноправными субъектами Российской Федерации – Тюменской областью, Ханты-Мансийским автономным округом, Ямало-Ненецким автономным округом и предложил конкретные способы их решения.
The author was the first to thoroughly analyse the relations between the equal subjects of the Russian Federation, namely, the Tyumen Region, the Khanti-Mansiisk Autonomous Region, the Jamalo-Nenetsk Autonomous Region, and offered contrete ways of solving the currently arising problems. |
