Оценка уровня нефротоксичности канамицина на фоне антиретровирусной терапии, у людей больных туберкулёзом, сочетанным с ВИЧ-инфекцией

Abstract

В работе исследовано влияние аминогликозидов (канамицина) и тенофовира на функциональное состояние почек людей больных туберкулезом, вызванным устойчивыми штаммами микобактерий, сочетанным с ВИЧ-инфекцией.

The work investigated the effect of aminoglycosides (kanamycin) and tenofovir on the functional state of the kidneys in people with tuberculosis caused by resistant strains of mycobacteria combined with HIV infection. An assessment of the general level of toxicity of the considered drugs was also carried out, including the determination of the level of markers of liver damage. The objects for the study were the patients of the Regional Clinical Phthisiopulmonology Center, whose serum creatinine concentration was determined with the calculation of the glomerular filtration rate by the Reberg-Tareev method, as well as the activity of aminotransferases and the level of total bilirubin. It was shown that both single and combined use of these drugs led to a significant increase in the level of clinical biochemical markers in the blood serum of all experimental groups and a decrease in the glomerular filtration rate relative to the initial value in the group of people receiving treatment according to a scheme that implies the simultaneous intake of aminoglycosides and tenofovir.
