Система жилищных отношений – политикоэкономический аспект

Abstract

В статье исследуется сущность и структура жилищных отношений, раскрывается содержание понятия «хозяйственный механизм жилищной системы», выделяются основные механизмы взаимодействия хозяйствующих субъектов, определяются их интересы, выявляются противоречия, присущие системе жилищных отношений в условиях перехода к рынку.

The article studies the essence and structure ofhousing relations. It describes the concept of the housing system economic mechanism, points out the main principles of economic subjects interaction; determines their interests, reveals the contradictions pertaining to the housing relations in the conditions of transition to market economy.
