Влияние цеолитов на показатели деформируемости эритроцитов у беспородных крыс

Abstract

Исследовалось влияние диеты, включающей порошкообразный цеолит Шивуртуйского месторождения на деформационную лабильность эритроцитов крыс. Способность эритроцитов к упругой деформации исследовалась с помощью метода лазерной дифрактометрии, заключающегося в получении дифракционной картины от тонкого слоя суспензии эритроцитов, находящейся в сдвиговом потоке, и последующей цифровой обработки распределения интенсивности дифрагированного поля. В результате исследования выявлено значительное снижение деформации эритроцитов опытных животных в ответ на цеолитсодержащую диету.

The influence of the diet including Shivyurtuiskoe deposit's powder-like zeolite on the deformative lability of rat's erythrocytes was studied. Erythrocytes' deformability was studied with the using of method of the laser diffractometry, consisted in obtaining of the diffraction pattern of the erythrocytes suspension's thin layer which was placed into shift flood; and subsequent digital processing of the intensity allocation of the diffracted field. As a result of research considerable decrease of erythrocytes' deformation of the test animals was shown in answer to zeolite-containing diet.
