Отдельное внимание в работе уделяется анализу сущности административных регламентов. Автор приходит к выводу о том, что нормативная регламентация общественных отношений, урегулированных административными регламентами, нуждается в дальнейшем совершенствовании.ru

Special attention is paid to the analysis of the nature of administrative regulations. The author comes to a conclusion that normative regulation of social relations by the administrative regulations requires further improvement.en
