Abstract:	A new monotypic subgenus Premicrodispus (Premicrodispoides) subgen. n. with the type species P. (Premicrodis-poides) punctatus sp. n., collected from algal debris on the shore of the Black Sea in Crimea is described. A key to the subgenera of the genus Premicrodispus Cross, 1965 is provided.
