Городская среда Тюмени в 1990-е годы

Abstract

The article is devoted to the evolution of the urban environment of Tyumen in 1990s. The questions, connected with the condition of the improvement of public services, social infrastructure, public transport, the external image of the city are dealt with. It was found out that the transformation of the 1990s were accompanied by the worsening of all the major problems of the condition of the urban environment, which maintained the traditional image, only partially affected by the process of modernization. To replace the familiar rhythm in economics and social sphere a rapid inflation and unemployment have come. It resulted in the worsening demographic situation, a reduction of the urban population and the scale of housing construction. The work is based on the archive materials, oral sources, introduced into scientific sphere for the first time. This is one of the first attempts to explore an important scientific issue, the analysis of which is of interest for the historians and managers.

Статья посвящена эволюции городской среды Тюмени в 1990-е годы. Рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с состоянием благоустройства, социальной инфраструктуры, общественного транспорта, внешнего облика города. Установлено, что трансформации 1990-х гг. сопровождались обострением всех основных проблем состояния городской среды, которая сохраняла традиционный облик, лишь частично затронутый процессом модернизации. На смену привычной ритмичности в экономике и социальной сфере пришли бешеная инфляция и безработица. Следствием этого стало обострение демографической ситуации, снижение численности городского населения и масштабов жилищного строительства. Работа основана на архивных материалах, устных источниках, впервые вводимых в научный оборот. Это одна из первых попыток исследовать важную научную проблему, анализ которой представляет интерес для историков и управленцев.
