Динамика трудовой мотивации и экономической активности населения крупного сибирского региона (2010-2014 гг.)

Abstract

This article analyzes the dynamics of labor motivation and economic activity of the Krasnoyarsk Territory population in 2010-2014. The applied methodology is based on the sociocultural approach, developed by N. I. Lapin and implemented in the «Socio-cultural portrait of the region» research program of the Center for the Study of Socio-cultural Change of the Institute of Philosophy of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The empirical basis of the research is the data of representative surveys of the population of the region, conducted by semi-formalized interviews, and national and regional socio-economic statistical data. The article shows that during 2010-2014 market labor motivation of the region’s population has increased. Moreover, the potential for the private business development (including small business) in the region is far from exhausted. It is concluded that the economic activity development of the population is largely constrained by institutional barriers.

Статья посвящена анализу динамики трудовой мотивации и экономической активности населения Красноярского края в 2010-2014 гг. В основе методологии, использованной в работе, лежит социокультурный подход, разработанный Н. И. Лапиным и реализованный в методике ЦИСИ ИФ РАН «Социокультурный портрет региона». Эмпирической базой работы являются как материалы репрезентативных опросов населения региона методом полуформализованного интервью, так и данные государственной и региональной статистики. В статье показано, что в 2010-2014 гг. произошло усиление рыночной трудовой мотивации населения региона. При этом потенциал развития частного, в том числе малого, предпринимательства в регионе далеко не исчерпан. Делается вывод, что развитие экономической активности населения в значительной степени сдерживается институциональными барьерами.
