Abstract

This article reviewed and analyzed complexes for numerical artifacts from archaeological cultures of the first Millennium of our era from the Northern Kama region, the Urals and Western Siberia. Identified system for an accurate counting and accounting for calendar time was identified, based on the numbers six and seven are reflected on the decoration of these products. For comparison, Ob-Ugric folklore texts were analyzed to identify the numeric complexes in such texts. It turned out that the most common case is the numeric complex “seven-six”.
