Насилие в семье: репрезентация современных практик работы с акторами насилия

Abstract

Изменение подходов к исследованию темы семейного насилия диктует смену фокуса внимания ученых с изучения исключительно пострадавших на акторов семейного насилия и использование полученных результатов для планирования системной работы с семьей в целом. В статье представлены актуальные подходы к решению проблемы семейного насилия. Продемонстрирован опыт Свердловской области по реализации программы работы с мужчинами, совершившими насильственные преступления в семье. Сделан акцент на системный подход к работе с ситуацией семейного насилия. Эмпирической базой исследования выступают биографические интервью с участниками программы для мужчин, осужденных за насильственные преступления к наказанию без лишения свободы. Дополняют исследование результаты экспертного опроса специалистов, реализующих программу для акторов насилия. Подчеркивается значимость участия акторов насилия в подобных программах, способствующих успешному освоению новых ролевых позиций и форм взаимодействия не только в рамках семейной системы, но и социума в целом. В качестве барьеров реализации программ с акторами насилия обозначены: низкий уровень мотивации участников на этапе включения в программу, отсутствие поддержки со стороны социального окружения, невысокий уровень доверия к подобным программам, институциональные проблемы.

Changing approaches to the study of family violence require a change in the focus of researchers’ attention from the exclusive study of victims to the study of its actors and possible applications of the obtained results in systematic and thoroughly planned work with the family as a whole. The article discusses scientific approaches to the solution of the problem of domestic violence by involving abusive men in transformation programmes. The authors escribe their experience of implementing such program as a tool of intervention in cases of male domestic violence. Family violence is tackled on the basis of systems theory. The need to involve all family members, including abusive men, in the process of resolving cases of domestic violence has been identified. It has been established that program work with perpetrators reveals their competencies, which allow them to initiate self-regulation to control destructive emotions, dysfunctional behaviour, etc. The authors study assessment methods to evaluate effectiveness of such programs and the influence of risk factors on reducing their positive effects. The empirical basis of the study includes biographical interviews with participants in the Anger Management program for men convicted of violent crimes and not sentenced to prison. The study is complemented by the findings of an expert survey of specialists implementing the program. Conclusions are drawn concerning the main problems of the program implementation: low level of participants’ motivation at the initial stage of the program, poor social support, low level of trust in such programs, and institutional barriers.
