Abstract

Интерпретация автором теории относительно результатов реальных изменений в российском государстве представляет интерес как с теоретической, так и с практической точки зрения. Отличительной чертой настоящей статьи является институциональный подход, структурированный с позиций экономического, правового и организационного обеспечения. Материалы статьи проиллюстрированы статистическими данными Министерства финансов РФ об использовании Федерального бюджета РФ за период 1999-2003 гг., а также данными международных рейтинговых агентств.

The try to interprete the theory according to the real results of the Russian state transformations may be interesting from both theoretical and practical points of view. The distinctive feature of the present article can be regarded as an institutional approach which is structuredfrom the point of view ofeconomical, legal and organizational support connections. The materials illustrated by the statistic data of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation concerning the carrying out of the Federal budget of the Russian Federation for the period from 1999 to 2003, and also the international rating agencies.
