Тенденции развития ипотечного рынка в России

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу современных тенденций развития ипотечного рынка в России. Существует достаточно много проблем развития ипотеки, как в российской экономике в целом, так и на рынке Тюменского региона. Используя статистические данные по рассматриваемому вопросу, авторы доказывают очень медленное развитие рынка ипотеки в отечественной экономике. В статье раскрываются основные черты развития банковского ипотечного кредитования в РФ.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the current mortgage development tendencies in Russia. There some problems exist in the process of the market of accessible habitation forming and mortgage developing, the main points of the problems mentioned are defined by the author in the article. The statistics is paid attention to show the stage of mortgage lending development not only in Russia on the whole but in Tyumen region particularly. The analysis of sphere of mortgage lending in the regional market is given in the article. The mortgage lending tendencies in Russia defined in the article help come to a conclusion that there are some definite future trends in developing of the significant sphere of bank retail business.
