Деятельность А. Р. Ж. Тюрго на посту интенданта Лимузена. Письма А. Р. Ж. Тюрго к Н. Демаре

Abstract

Эта статья посвящена деятельности Тюрго во время его правления в Лимузене в 1761–1774 годах. В этот период он пытался практически реализовать многие идеи своего века. Тюрго был интендантом в бедном генералитете в отставке, где он намеревался развивать промышленность и сельское хозяйство. Этот генералитет стал для него своего рода «лабораторией», где он мог опробовать методы реформирования общества. В этой статье использованы письма Тюрго к инспектору Лимузенских мануфактур Десмару, хранящиеся в Российском государственном архиве социальной и политической истории. Материалы публикуются в конце статьи с написанием оригинала.

This article is devoted to Turgot's activity during his stewardship in Limousin 1761–1774. At this period he was trying to practically realize several ideas of his century. Turgot was the intendant in a poor town of Limoges, where he intended to develop industry and agriculture. This generality became for him a kind of «laboratory» where he could try the methods of reforming society. In this article we use the letters of Turgot to Desmarets inspector of Limousin manufactures which are located in the archives of the Russian State of social and political history. The documents are published at the end of the article with the original spelling.

Cet article est consacré à l'activité de Turgot pendent son intendance à Limousin 1761–1774. A cette période il tentait de réaliser pratiquement plusieurs idées de son siècle. Turgot etait l’intendant dans une pauvre généralite de Limoge, oú il comptait développer l'industrie et l’agriculture. Cette généralit est devenue pour lui une sorte du “laboratoire” oú il pouvait essayer les méthodes de réformes de la société. Dans cet article on utilise les lettres de Turgot à Desmarets inspecteur des manufactures du Limousin qui se trouvent aux archives de l’Etat russe de l’histoire social et politique. Les documentes sont publiés à la fin de l’article avec l'orthographe d’originale.
