Дебаты в Национальном собрании Франции по вопросу об одобрении единой европейской валюты

Abstract

Национальное Собрание обсуждало вопрос о переходе на единую валюту в апреле 1998 года. Эти дебаты выявили разногласия по проблеме углубления европейской интеграции как между политическими партиями Франции, так и внутри них. За переход на Евро проголосовало Национальное Собрание, но в результате дебатов по этому вопросу правые выдвинули вотум недоверия. Левое большинство в Палате депутатов не одобрило его и, таким образом, поддержало левое правительство во множественном числе Лионеля Жоспена.

The National Assembly discussed the issue of the transition to the single currency in April 1998. These debates have revealed the division on the problem of deepening European integration both between the French political parties and within them. The transition to the euro was voted on by the National Assembly, but as a consequence of the debates on this topic, the right-wingers tabled the motion of censure. The left majority of the Chamber of Deputies did not approve it and thus supported the plural left government Lionel Jospin.

L’Assemblee Nationale a discute la question sur le passage a la monnaie unique en avril 1998. Ces debats ont fait apparaitre la division sur le problème de l’approfondissement de l`intégration europeenne tant entre les partis politiques français que dans eux. Le passage a l’euro a ete vote par l’Assemblee Nationale mais comme consequence des debats sur ce sujet les droites ont depose la motion de censure. La majorite gauche de la chambre des deputes ne l`a pas approuvee et a ainsi supporte le gouvernement de gauche plurielle Lionel Jospin.
