Abstract:	The scientific and practical necessity of working out a model of the innovative environment on a polyparadigmal basis in the wake of system sociology in a combination with environmental and institutional approaches is proved. Обоснована научная и практическая необходимость разработки модели инновационной среды на полипарадигмальной основе в русле системной социологии в комбинации со средовым и институциональным подходами.
