Социально-экологические аспекты развития открытых городских пространств Арктики (на примере города Надыма)

Abstract

Работа раскрывает перспективы развития открытых городских пространств в арктическом городе Надыме с учетом климатических особенностей и потребностей местных жителей. В работе указывается, что городская среда Надыма должна быть удобной и безопасной для жителей, и учитывать суровые арктические условия. Предлагается учитывать субъективные потребности жителей, создавать комфортные зоны отдыха. При разработке проектов важно привлекать местных жителей и учитывать их мнение. В заключение в работе подчеркнуто, что развитие открытых городских пространств в Надыме требует комплексного подхода и учета климатических условий и потребностей населения для создания комфортной городской среды.

The work reveals the prospects for the development of open urban spaces in the Arctic city of Nadym, taking into account climatic features and the needs of local residents. The paper indicates that the urban environment of Nadym should be comfortable and safe for residents, and take into account the harsh Arctic conditions. It is proposed to take into account the subjective needs of residents, to create comfortable recreation areas. When developing projects, it is important to involve local residents and take into account their opinions.
