| Abstract: | Рассматривается комплекс экономико-правовых проблем, связанных с регулированием собственных средств (капитала) коммерческого банка с учетом наднациональных рекомендаций Базельского комитета по банковскому надзору и особенностей банковской системы России. A set of economic and legal problems related to the regulation of a commercial bank's own funds (capital) is considered, taking into account the supranational recommendations of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision and the specifics of the Russian banking system. |
