Abstract:	В статье рассматривается проблема толкования требований уголовно‑процессуального закона к содержанию обвинительного заключения (ст. 220 УПК РФ) в части изложения доказательств. The article examines the problem of interpretation of the requirements of the criminal procedure law to the content of the indictment (Article 220 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation) regarding the presentation of evidence.
