| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются особенности эксцесса организатора, подстрекателя, пособника преступления. Проводится отграничение эксцесса соучастника от посредственного причинения. Features of the organizer's excess, solicitor's excess and facilitator's excess are considered in the article. Differentiation between accomplice's excess and indirect perpetration is carried out in the article. |
