К вопросу о земельных правах коренных малочисленных народов России

Abstract

Рассматриваются проблемы земельных прав коренных малочисленных народов России. Анализируется правовое регулирование земельных отношений с участием представителей коренных малочисленных народов. Оценивается публично-правовая и частно-правовая концепции правого режима земель коренных народов.

The problems of the land rights of the smaller native populations of Russia are reviewed. The legal regulation of the land relationship with the participation of the representatives of the native smaller populations is analyzed. The public and private conceptions of the legal status of the native populations’ lands are valued.
