| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается эволюция понятия «состав преступления» в отечественной и зарубежной теории уголовного права. Автор анализирует различные подходы к определению состава преступления, прослеживает трансформацию его понимания – от процессуального термина corpus delicti (совокупности материальных следов преступления) до современной уголовно‑правовой категории. The article examines the evolution of the concept of «corpus delicti» in the domestic and foreign theory of criminal law. The author analyzes various approaches to the definition of a crime, traces the transformation of its understanding – from the procedural term corpus delicti (a set of material traces of a crime) to the modern criminal legal category. |
