Abstract:	В статье рассматривается проблема теоретического осмысления понятия «состав преступления» в уголовном праве. Автор анализирует существующие в научной литературе определения состава преступления и выявляет ключевые черты, присущие этому правовому явлению. The article discusses the problem of theoretical understanding of the concept of «corpus delicti» in criminal law. The author analyzes the definitions of crime existing in the scientific literature and identifies the key features inherent in this legal phenomenon.
