Abstract

Энциклопедия посвящена жизни и творчестве писателя и философа В. В. Розанова, в которой опубликованы статьи о лицах, связанных с Розановым и об исторических персонажах, о которых он писал. Статья посвящена осмыслению образа кошки в восприятии Розанова В. В. – через призму детских впечатлений, культурных (прежде всего древнеегипетских) образов и личных жизненных наблюдений. В центре внимания – идея, что сущность кошки раскрывается не в статике, а в движении: автор прослеживает, как детское воспоминание о кошке на охоте сформировало у Розанова особое эстетическое отношение к животному.

The encyclopedia is dedicated to the life and work of the writer and philosopher V. V. Rozanov, which contains articles about people associated with Rozanov and about historical characters about whom he wrote. The article is devoted to understanding the image of a cat in the perception of Rozanov V. V. through the prism of childhood impressions, cultural (primarily ancient Egyptian) images and personal life observations. The focus is on the idea that the essence of a cat is revealed not in static, but in movement: the author traces how Rozanov's childhood memory of a cat on the hunt formed a special aesthetic attitude towards the animal.
