| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с проблемами внедрения процедуры медиации в гражданский и арбитражный процесс, изучается практика судов Российской Федерации, применявших процедуру медиации на различных стадиях процесса и приводятся предложения по совершенствованию российского законодательства о медиации. The article discusses the issues associated with the introduction of mediation in civil and arbitration process, studied the practice of the courts of the Russi-an Federation, using the mediation at different stages of the process and offers suggestions for improvement of the Russian legislation on mediation. |
