Инновационный потенциал как интеграция пространственных структур России в страны БРИКС

Abstract

The article examines the main elements and features of the mechanism of innovation potential in the context of integration of spatial structures of Russia into the BRICS countries in the modern period. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the scientific works of economists in the field of innovation potential. The article considers the essence of innovation potential and the mechanism for managing the innovation potential of the BRICS countries. Features and tools for managing the innovation potential of the BRICS countries are identified. The scope of the results. The formulated proposals complement the scientific understanding of the mechanism of innovation potential of the BRICS countries as a system of interrelated and complementary methods and tools for improving the competitiveness of the innovation potential of the studied countries. The results of the study allow us to apply a more differentiated approach when choosing strategic directions for the development of innovative potential, taking into account the territorial characteristics of the BRICS countries.

В статье исследованы основные элементы и особенности механизма инновационного потенциала в контексте интеграции пространственных структур России в страны БРИКС, рассмотрена сущность инновационного потенциала, механизм управления инновационным потенциалом стран БРИКС. Теоретической и методологической основой исследования явились научные труды ученыхэкономистов в области инновационного потенциала. Область применения результатов: сформулированные предложения дополняют научные представления о механизме инновационного потенциала стран БРИКС, как о системе взаимосвязанных и дополняющих методах и инструментах повышения конкурентоспособности исследуемых стран. Результаты исследования позволяют применять более дифференцированный подход при выборе стратегических направлений развития инновационного потенциала с учетом территориальных особенностей стран БРИКС.
