Основные условия развития накопительных механизмов пенсионного обеспечения

Abstract

The article is devoted to studying the realities of the pension reform, relevant changes in reforming of the pension system and ways of further improvement of the system of pension provision and insurance. It also reveals that the recommended package of measures will give an opportunity to considerably strengthen the Russian system of pension provision and insurance. The article describes the main provisions of the pension reform in Russia. In particular, it determines the specifics of the pension scheme designed for young people who have to retire. The author of the article points out that the possibilities of this category of people lie in pension insurance and funded pension plans and pays special attention to the advantages and disadvantages of non-contributory and contributory pension schemes. The purpose of this article is to clarify the position of citizens of the Russian Federation in relation to the pension reform. The article describes the results of the ongoing pension reform with a focus on its positive and negative consequences. This article is an overview of the main problems faced by the state in the process of implementation of the pension reform in the Russian Federation.

Статья посвящена изучению сложившихся реалий пенсионной реформы, актуальных изменений в рамках реформирования пенсионной системы и путей дальнейшего совершенствования системы пенсионного обеспечения и страхования. Выявлено, что рекомендованный комплекс мер предоставит возможность значительно укрепить российскую систему пенсионного страхования и обеспечения.
