Перспективы развития туризма в Тоджинском кожууне Республики Тыва

Abstract

To achieve sustainable development of the local community, it is extremely important to agree on its three main components — economic growth, social integration and environmental protection. At the same time, in the implementation of territorial and sectoral development plans, contradictions often arise due to the divergent interests of many participants in these processes. Contradictions of this kind are clearly visible in the development of tourism in remote areas with a compact residence of the indigenous population, leading a predominantly traditional way of life. In this work, the task was to identify the details of the interaction and mutual influence of tourism and the state of the road transport infrastructure in the Todzhinsky kozhuun of the Republic of Tyva.

Для достижения устойчивого развития локального сообщества очень важен баланс его трех основных компонентов – экономического роста, социальной интеграции и охраны окружающей среды. При этом в реализации территориальных и отраслевых планов развития, часто возникают противоречия, обусловленные разнонаправленными интересами многих участников этих процессов. Такие противоречия отчетливо видны в развитии туризма на удалённых территориях с компактным проживанием коренного населения, ведущего традиционный образ жизни. В настоящей работе была поставлена задача выявления деталей взаимодействия и взаимовлияния развития туризма и состояния транспортной инфраструктуры в Тоджинском кожууне Республики Тыва.
