Социальные условия и факторы адаптации мигрантов в Германии

Abstract

The article considers the Federal Republic of Germany’s experience in the field of the migrants’ integration into the modern German society. The author provides examples of the practical approaches and methods of immigrants’ social adaptation in modern Germany; the article also includes the analysis of the legal and regulatory framework governing the legal status of immigrants in Germany. In addition, the author describes the social security system of migrants. Along with the positive experience, the article also highlights the weaknesses of German social policy.

В статье рассматривается опыт ФРГ в сфере интеграции мигрантов в немецкое общество. Автором представлены примеры конкретных подходов и методов социальной адаптации иммигрантов в современной Германии, а также приведен анализ правового сектора, регламентирующего правовое положение иммигрантов в Германии. Помимо этого автор описывает также систему социального обеспечения мигрантов. Наряду с положительным опытом статья выделяет и слабые стороны в социальной политике Германии.
