| Abstract: | Определяя обозначенную в названии статьи тематику исследования, авторы стремятся идентифицировать актуальную научную проблему, сопряжённую с изменениями теоретических концептов современных парадигмальных (знаковых) поворотов в гуманитарных науках. Парадокс ситуации состоит в том, что если «метафора поворота» предполагает кардинальную смену основ какой-либо теории, то событийная повседневность авторов статьи связана с «административным поворотом» – радикальной реорганизацией журнала «Сибирский Социум». Обновлённый состав редколлегии должен обеспечить относительно новую издательскую политику по сравнению с прежней: подготовка научных статей широкого гуманитарного профиля, по своему содержанию сопряжённых с ключевыми позициями программы развития Тюменского государственного университета «Приоритет 2030» по таким предметным областям, как антропология, история, культурология, социальная география, социология, психология, экономика, филология и философия. Содержание статей должно быть теоретически и методологически выверенным, эмпирически ориентированным, характеризоваться усиленной смысловой нагрузкой. Текст изложения должен быть высокого качества. Методология такого подхода основана на реинтерпретации ментальных конструктов, связанных с социокультурной прагматикой актуальных проблем, которые объединяют «смысловые структуры» современного мира и человека, соответствующие многоаспектным подходам теоретизирования на микро-, мезо- и макро-уровнях, когда действие и порядок становятся значимыми измерениями социального мира. Научная новизна статьи предполагает постановку и возможные варианты решения вопросов, недостаточно изученных с точки зрения социологических, и других гуманитарных подходов, касающихся важных аспектов социокультурного бытия, воспроизводства индивидов и социальных групп, отражающих современные дискурсы дисциплинарных и междисциплинарных предметных областей общественных наук, включая их конструктивную критику. Краткое описание значимости проведённого авторами статьи теоретико-методологического исследования сводится к новому пониманию «стратегических переориентаций» гуманитарных наук как парадигмальных сдвигов разных феноменов «социокультурного поворота», как содержательных изменений в широком спектре собственно социологических и гуманитарных теорий, инициировавших базовые переоценки символизации, языка, репрезентации и интерпретации. Главные выводы статьи заключаются в том, что научный потенциал журнала «Сибирский Социум» может быть раскрыт на уровне углубления собственно предметных, а также междисциплинарных и межкультурных исследований. Тем самым, с методологической точки зрения запускается конструктивный поиск пересекающихся «контактных зон», «опорных точек» и «гибридных пространств», которые могут помочь выявить позитивные и конструктивные особенности развития гуманитарных дисциплин. Потенциальным авторам ставятся цели и задачи анализа и интерпретации фундаментальных аспектов современных социальных процессов с участием людей, вещей, идей, форм обмена как в глобальном, так и в локальном мирах, разработки сравнительно новых гуманитарных теорий потока и сопротивления, социокультурных теорий различения и мест, опирающихся на репрезентативные фактуальные базы. Новая редакция «Сибирского социума» намерена сделать журнал конструктивным полем диалога многих авторов, которые опираются на самые разнообразные системы гуманитарных знаний, структур и культур, и в этом контексте данная статья предлагает уникальные возможности по приращению знаний, сопряжённых с авторскими проектами «трансформации социокультурных теорий». Новые знания станут фундаментальной основой и площадкой для обсуждения научных идей, связанных с центральными позициями программы «Приоритет 2030» Тюменского государственного университета.
Defining the research topic indicated in the title of this article, the authors seek to identify a controversial research problem associated with the changes in the theoretical concepts of modern paradigmatic (iconic) turns in the humanities. The paradox of the situation is that if the «metaphor of a turn» implies a radical change in the foundations of any theory, then the event-based everyday life of the authors of the article is associated with an «administrative turn» – a radical reorganization of the journal Siberian Socium. The updated composition of the editorial board should ensure a relatively different publishing policy than was before: preparation of theoretically and methodologically verified, empirically oriented and meaningfully loaded high-quality research articles of a broad humanitarian profile within such subject areas as anthropology, history, cultural studies, social geography, sociology, psychology, economics, philology, and philosophy in accordance with the key points of the Priority 2030 Program of the University of Tyumen. This approach is based on the methodology of reinterpretation of the mental constructs associated with the «socio-cultural pragmatics» of the current problems uniting the «semantic structures» of the modern world and man. These structures correspond to the multidimensional approaches of theorizing at the micro-, meso- and macro-levels, when action and order become significant dimensions of the social world. The scientific novelty of this article presupposes formulation and possible solutions to the issues understudied in the humanities and social sciences. Their scope includes important aspects of socio-cultural existence, reproduction of individuals and social groups reflecting contemporary discourses of the disciplinary and interdisciplinary subject areas of social sciences, including their constructive criticism. A brief description of the theoretical and methodological research conducted by the authors of the article on the subject of turns is reduced to the fact that a new topic of «strategic reorientation» of the humanities is proposed. It is understood as an assessment of paradigm shifts of various phenomena within the «socio-cultural turn» and as meaningful changes in a wide range of both sociological and humanitarian theories that initiated the basic reassessment of symbolization, language, representation and interpretation. The main conclusions of the article indicate that the scientific potential of the journal Siberian Socium can be revealed at the level of promoting more profound social, interdisciplinary, and cross-cultural research. From the methodological point of view, this launches a constructive search for intersecting «contact zones», «reference points» and «hybrid spaces» that help identify positive and constructive features of the development of humanitarian disciplines. The Journal sets goals and objectives for its potential authors to analyze and interpret the fundamental aspects of today’s social processes involving people, things, ideas, and forms of exchange both globally and locally and to enhance development of the relatively new social theories of flow and resistance as well as sociocultural theories of distinction and places. Their research should be based on careful examination of facts and representative samples. The new editorial board of Siberian Socium intends to turn the Journal into a forum for discussion for academics and researchers relying on various systems of humanitarian knowledge, structures and cultures. To this end, this article offers unique opportunities for the advancement of science related to the «transformation of sociocultural theories» and the authors’ projects on social knowledge. The Journal will become a platform for sharing fundamental ideas and central positions of the Priority 2030 Program of the University of Tyumen. |
