Население крупных городов мечтает жить поблизости от воды, однако, это зачастую невозможно и опасно. Вода – это не статичный элемент, характеризуется изменчивостью уровня и скорости потока. В городе Заарбрюкен действует искусственный водный ландшафт и парковая зона – это любимые места отдыха горожан.

The population of large cities dreams of living near water, however, this is often impossible and dangerous. Water is not a static element, it is characterized by variability of the level and flow rate. In the city of Saarbrücken, there is an artificial water landscape and a park area – these are the favorite recreation places of citizens.
