Развитие страхового бизнеса России: перспективный ракурс

Abstract

В основе развития современного страхового бизнеса в России лежит концептуальный подход, предполагающий повышение уровня защищенности субъектов от различных групп рисков; привлечение в российскую экономику значительных инвестиционных ресурсов; решение первоочередных задач в области укрепления системы государственного страхового надзора; создание структурной основы для развития добровольного страхования; формирование системы правовых основ страховой защиты; соблюдение прав и гарантий имущественной безопасности отдельной личности и сферы предпринимательства.

The author dwells upon conceptual method that forms the basis of the development of the modern insurance business in Russia. This method, that is connected with the rise of the level of security of the subjects from different groups of risk; and an attraction of the significant contributions into the Russian economy; and solving the top priority problems in the con -solidation of the system of the state insurance control, as well as creating the structure basis for the development of the system of voluntary insurance; and forming the system of legal principles of the insurance protection; in addition to maintenance of the rights and property safety garantees of a single person and of the sphere of private business undertaking.
