Abstract

В статье исследуются основные компоненты методологии науки гражданского права, соотношение методологии познания с методом и методикой и основные методологические подходы, лежащие в основе научного познания гражданского права.

The article focuses on the main components of the methodology of civil law, the correlation between the methodology and both of research methods and techniques. The paper examines the principal methodological approaches which underlie the scientific knowledge of civil law.
