| Abstract: | В статье прослеживается изменение объема концепта «красота» в современном американском культурном пространстве в связи со сдвигом в системе национальных ценностей в сторону материализма и утилитаризма. Исследуется взаимосвязь содержания данного концепта и семантической структуры лексемы «beauty».
In the article the change of the volume of the concept «beauty» within the modern American cultural space is tracked in connection with the shift in the system of national values towards materialism and utilitarianism. The correlation of the content of the given concept and the semantic structure of the lexeme «beauty» is examined. |
