Специфика кураторской деятельности в педвузе

Abstract

В статье на основе анализа понятий «куратор» и «кураторская деятельность» даются авторские определения данным понятиям, раскрывается специфика кураторской деятельности в педвузе, которая рассматривается как педагогическая и управленческая. Приводится положительный опыт реализации программы совершенствования кураторской деятельности в Тобольском государственном педагогическом институте им. Д. И. Менделеева.

In the article under consideration the author gives the analysis of such terms as «a supervisor» and «supervisor's activities». She gives the author s definitions to these terms and describes the specific features of supervisor's activities in Higher Pedagogical Institute that is considered both pedagogical and managerial. In the conclusion the author writes about the positive experience of the program of perfection of supervisor's activities and about the ways of its realization in Tobolsk State Pedagogical Institute named after D. I. Mendeleyev.
