Особенности территориальной организации населения регионов Севера

Abstract

В работе рассматривается специфика территориальной организации населения регионов Севера. Выявлены факторы влияния климата и государственного управления, определяющие специфику современной территориальной организации населения. Обозначены основные проблемы и предложен комплекс мер по преодолению негативных тенденций в расселении населения Севера.

The specific character of the territorial organization of the population of Northern regions is considered in the article. The factors of the climatic influence and state management that define specific character of the modern territorial organization of the population are revealled. The main problems are marked and the complex of measures on getting over negative trend in the settling of the population of the North is offered.
