Становление австрийских земель в средние века

Abstract

Статья профессора Петрова посвящена процессу становления земельных органов власти в средневековой Австрии, который заложил основу для современного федеративного устройства страны. Представлена историческая перспектива развития австрийских земель в X-XV веках, а также основные этапы становления земельной власти и внутреннее устройство земель в период расцвета княжеской власти. Статья содержит информацию о землях, переданных более могущественными правителями. Автором представлены особенности территориального формирования и типология создания земельных органов власти в Австрии.

The article of Prof. Petrov deals with the Process of Establishment of land Authorities in Medieval Austria which provided a Basis for the modern federative Structure of the Country. The historical Outlook of Development of Austrian Lands in X-XV Centuries is presented as well as principal stages of the lands Authorities’ establishing and inner Structure of the Lands within the period of flourishing princely Power. The Author touches upon the Establishment of such Areas as Upper and Lower Austria, Shtiria, Carinthia, Zalzburg, Tirol and Forarlberg; reveals the Laws and Specialities of the Process, its complexity and discrepancy. The Article contains the Information about the Lands submitted by more powerful ones. The Features of territorial Formation and the Typology of land Authorities’ Establishment in Austria are provided by the Author.
