Innovative system of Tyumen region: realias and models

Abstract

Results of a research of innovative changes of the Tyumen Region, including technical-technological, organizational, institutional and social innovations are presented. Structures of target indicators of innovative development are shown; the important problem of their embedding in a control system of innovative activity is studied. It is shown that the innovative way of life of the region is an obligatory element of regional innovative system, but by this time it is a more likely desirable model, rather than realized practice.

Приводятся результаты исследований инновационных изменений Тюменского региона, включая технико-технологические, организационные, институциональные и социальные нововведения. Представлены структуры целевых показателей инновационного развития; изучена важная проблема их встраивания в систему управления инновационной деятельностью. Показано, что инновационный образ жизни региона является обязательным элементом региональной инновационной системы, но к настоящему времени он остается скорее желаемой моделью, чем реализуемой практикой.
