dc.description.abstractThe technique predicting the type of the phase diagrams of the Ln'2S3 – LrY'ff (Ln', Ln" = La – Lu) systems is developed. The expansion of solid solutions is calculated based on the change of the equivalent radius of the Ln3' cation. The radius values can be changed within the radii range for the cations of the stability of the y-Lnf,, a-Ln2S3, 8-Ln2S3 structural types in the family of rare-earth elements.en
dc.description.abstractРазработан метод прогноза типа фазовых диаграмм систем Ln72S3 – Ln772S3 (Ln7, Ln77 = La – Lu). Протяженность твердых растворов вычисляется исходя из изменения приведенного радиуса катиона Ln3i^. Значения радиуса могут изменяться в пределах значений радиусов катионов устойчивости структурных типов γ-Ln2S3, a-Ln2S3, δ-Ln2S3 в ряду редкоземельных элементов. Значение координационного числа для структурных типов составляют: γ-Ln2S3 (КЧ 8), a-Ln2S3 (КЧ 6), δ-Ln2S3 (КЧ 6).ru
