Освоение Россией северных территорий в контексте перспектив разрыва шведско-норвежской унии

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются планы России по освоению северных территорий, дается их оценка в связи с предстоящим отделением Норвегии от Швеции. Делается вывод о том, что намерения России по созданию опорного пункта на Мурмане связано с поиском альтернативы закрытым для прохождения военных судов Черноморским проливам, возможностью блокирования противником флота на Балтике, а не со стремлением воспользоваться перспективами шведско-норвежского конфликта для захвата чужих территорий.

The article deals with the plans of Russia to explore Northern territories, they are also assessed regarding the forthcoming separation of Norway from Sweden. It is concluded that the intention of Russia to create the strong point on the Murman is connected with the search of an alternative to the Black Sea straits which were closed for the passage of naval vessels, with the possibility of blocking the fleet on the Baltic Sea by the enemy but not with the strive to use the perspectives of Swedish and Norwegian conflict for capture of newterritories.
