Перевод с первого взгляда, или с чего начинается перевод безэквивалентного термина в заголовке научного текста

Abstract

Рассматривается перевод термина в заголовке научного текста на этапах восприятия и интерпретации его лингвистической формы. Автором предлагается свое видение безэквивалентности термина, который эксплицитно или имплицитно отражает предикативность заголовка научного текста. Материалом для исследования послужили темы научных докладов на 18-ом европейском симпозиуме «Языки для специальных целей» в 2011 г.

In this article the translation of the term in the scientific text head-line at stages of perception and interpretation of its motivated linguistic form is considered. At a stage of perception the term needs morphological, lexico-semantic and conceptual analyses to carry out and at an interpretation stage – contextual. The morphological, semantic, conceptual and context analyses of the term give the chance to reveal its predicative character. Making a start from the translation theory concept «culture-specific words» the author offers his own conception of the non-equivalent term which explicitly or implicitly reflects predicative of the scientific text head-line. The scientific reports subjects on the 18th European symposium «Languages for special purposes» were analyzed to illustrate the results of the research.
