| dc.description.abstract | В работе представлены результаты систематизации экологических параметров проведения массовых общественных мероприятий для формирования методики оценки экологизации его проведения. В качестве составляющих рассмотрены составляющие возможные для учёта процессы мероприятия: потребление электроэнергии, питание, транспортировка участников. Для сопоставимости показателей авторами выполнено приведение показателей к оценке совокупных выбросов парниковых газов, которые рассчитываются по распространённым международным практикам с выходом на определённые значения выброса парниковых газов. В качестве меры оценки эффективности предложена двоичная система удовлетворительная либо неудовлетворительная степень экологизации массового общественного мероприятия, в зависимости от соотношения депонирования парниковых газов с их эмиссией в рамках реализации всех мероприятий, включая постсобытийную компенсацию. | ru |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the study is to develop a methodology for assessing the greening of an event based on the calculation of greenhouse gas emissions. To achieve this goal, the tasks are formulated: 1) systematization of available methods; 2) selection of a combination of tools to be included in the methodology.The research materials were generalized summary geoecological indicators of mass events in Tyumen. Rosmolodezh acted as the responsible organizer, and accordingly, legitimate characteristics are acceptable to a wide audience and the territory of the performance. The information was systematized according to the available methods used in the organization of assessments of the environmental effectiveness of mass events.Research methods: comparative, comparative, geoecological positioning, landscape and ecological information support. The proposals are based on a focus on landscape priority, as well as an established ecological balance in a particular location.Thus, as part of a comparison of all the processes of the event, a key efficiency parameter is set in assessing the environmental friendliness of the event the value of greenhouse gas emissions. The ratio of values to the best combination of achieving organizational goals at the threshold of greenhouse gas emissions provides the edge of efficiency. Each event is set with threshold organizational and environmental goals, which are used to evaluate effectiveness. To what extent the resulting organizational goals meet the reduction of greenhouse emissions is a crucial question:the need to hold an event in a face-to-face format (with high greenhouse gas emissions, the refusal to hold an event becomes justified);organization format (full-time, hybrid, correspondence;locations of the event (equidistant site, the place of the greatest concentration of participants, the place of the best organization of environmental friendliness of events, etc.);event management, which includes taking into account not only the organizational goals of the thematic conference, but also the establishment of appropriate monitoring at all stages of the process with the possibility of making adjustments.Due to the fact that in order to achieve an objective assessment, it is necessary to understand the criteria, we suggest focusing on a binary system: a satisfactory and unsatisfactory degree of environmental friendliness. The threshold is the achievement of ecological balance, when all the consequences of the ecological footprint of the event are compensated. The deposit is correlated with or exceeds the greenhouse gas emissions caused by the mass event. In the future, based on the need for full compensation, it is possible to supplement the assessment groupings depending on the multiplicity of excess of deposit over issue. One of the available areas for organizers today is the organization of forest-climatic projects, this can also include reforestation, both within the boundaries of the forest fund of the Russian Federation and within the boundaries of urban forests [10], the most accessible for the implementation of related activities. Based on the availability of publicly available electronic services that provide the calculation of the necessary forest-climatic compensation, the planting ofseveral dozen trees fully compensates for the carbon footprint of a mass event, in relation to a specific natural area. Accordingly, even at the event planning level, it is advisable to calculate the amount of compensation measures with subsequent monitoring of the achievement of the set goal in the long term. In this case, the full range of activities, including the financial side of the organization, allows you to get the total cost of the goals set for the event. In this case, it is predicted that there will be a decrease in on-duty activities that do not achieve acceptable organizational goals, but have significant environmental costs. | en |
