Организация территориального экологического надзора в Тюменской области

Abstract

Система экологического надзора играет важную роль в обеспечении соблюдения природоохранного законодательства в Российской Федерации. Целью исследования являлся анализ и систематизация особенностей системы территориального экологического надзора Тюменской области. Основными материалами исследования выступила нормативно-правовая база РФ. В результате исследования представлена схема экологического надзора на территории Российской Федерации. На основании выявленных пробелов системы предложены рекомендации по организации некоторых видов экологического надзора на уровне муниципалитетов.

The environmental supervision system plays an important role in ensuring compliance with environmental legislation in the Russian Federation. Each region has its own peculiarities of administrative structure and geoecological characteristics. For this reason, a more detailed approach to the organization of supervision at the regional and municipal levels is required in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the study was to analyze and systematize the features of the territorial environmental supervision system of the Tyumen region. The main materials of the study were the regulatory and legal framework of the Russian Federation, the Tyumen Region and its municipalities. As a result of the study, a scheme of environmental supervision on the territory of the Russian Federation is presented. The diagram identifies and identifies problem areas that require study and decision-making. One of the solutions to the problem situation is the organization of certain types of environmental supervision at the level of municipalities in the region.
