Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные наиболее типичные заблуждения предпринимателей и руководителей в области рисков хозяйственной деятельности предприятий, которыми они руководствуются при принятии управленческих решений, вызывающие только усугубление рисковой ситуации. Выводы основаны на результатах исследований отношения предпринимателей к рискам, причинам их возникновения и способам управления.

The article examines the main most typical misconceptions of entrepreneurs and managers in the field of risks of business activities of enterprises, which they are guided by when making managerial decisions, causing only an aggravation of the risk situation. The conclusions are based on the results of research on the attitude of entrepreneurs to risks, their causes and management methods.
