Сопровождение развития педагогов в контексте непрерывного образования

Abstract

Освещается неформальный аспект непрерывного образования педагогов. Обосновывается актуальность сопровождения развития педагога как гуманитарной практики, компенсирующей дефициты формальной структуры непрерывного образования. На основе анализа содержания и задач развития педагога на разных этапах профессионализации предлагаются релевантные практики сопровождения.

The article deals with the informal aspect of the continuous education of the teachers. There is substantiated the urgency of the support of the teacher’s development as the humanitarian practice, compensating the deficits of the formal structure of the continuous education. Based on the analysis of the content and the tasks of the teacher’s development there are suggested the relevant practices of the support at the different stages of the professionalization.
