Традиционное природопользование на севере Западной Сибири во второй половине XX в.: между отраслью и промыслом

Abstract

This article focuses on main ways of development system of traditional nature management in the North of Western Siberia in the second half of the XXth century. Author showed how did such crafts as fishing and hunting change in the conditions of industrial development of the region in the 1960th and 1970th. At that time traditional nature management met the necessity to choose future way of development. From one viewpoint such traditional crafts as fishing and hunting could stay on their current level without any chances for future development. From another point of view this crafts must be transformed into successful economical branch of regional economy. It means that hunting and fishing organizations must have centralized system of resources gathering, intensive form of working which include scientific recommendations and industrial forms of using this resources. However, eventually it wasn’t succeeded in making it because of a number of the existing internal reasons, and also because of lack of scientifically reasonable approach to the trade organization. At the same time, development of the legislation system in the field of hunting, problems that are connected with the hunting organization, and also economic value of fur production for the region economy was analyzed. As the statistics and archival materials of the said organization of fishing industry can be transformed from craft to economical branch, but their economical effectiveness was in the small level.
