Анализ первичной инвалидности вследствие болезней глаза

Abstract

The article presents the results of the study of the structure of primary disablement due to an eye disease with due regard to the age group and type of disablement. For a retrospective analysis, we used statistic data of the Federal Bureau for Medical and Social Expertise and Russian Federal State Statistics Service. As the retrospective analysis from 2006 to 2013 suggests, the total number of newly recognized disabled people with eye disabilities is 289,9 thousand people within 8 years. It should be noted that, compared to the data of 2006, one can observe a decreasing tendency in the number of newly recognized disabled people with eye disabilities it decresed by 45,6%. As a result of the retrospective analysis, we have a clear decrease in disablement due to an eye disease from 2006 up to 2013. During the observation period, the improvement of the primary disablement indicators appears to be due to the increase of the level of ophthalmology help in the Russian Federation.

В статье представлены результаты исследования структуры первичной инвалидности вследствие болезней глаза, уровня и удельного веса с учетом возраста и группы инвалидности в динамике за 8лет (2006-2013 гг.). Для проведения ретроспективного анализа в работе использовались данные статистических сборников Федерального бюро медико-социальной экспертизы и Росстата. По результатам анализа общее количество человек, впервые признанных инвалидами по глазным заболеваниям, составило 289,9 тыс. Отмечена тенденция к снижению количества человек, впервые признанных инвалидами, на 45,6% (с 2006 по 2013 гг.). Улучшение показателей уровня первичной инвалидности в рассматриваемый период свидетельствует о повышении уровня квалифицированной офтальмологической помощи в Российской Федерации.
