| Abstract: | Целью данной статьи является рассмотреть основные проблемы, представленные в отчете Счетной Палаты Конгрессу США. Большое внимание уделяется проблемам транспортной инфраструктуры США, связанным с увеличением добычи нефти и газа. Данный отчет опубликован в августе 2014 года.
The purpose of this article is to consider the main problems presented in the report of Government Accountability Office to the Congress of USA. Much attention is given to the problems of the transport infrastructure of the United States associated with the increased oil and gas production. This report was published in August 2014. |
