Сочетание жесткой и мягкой силы

Abstract

Обобщается исследовательский опыт анализа последних политических событий с точки зрения присутствия в них феномена «мягкой силы». Термин «мягкая сила» используется сегодня для определения влиятельных фигур и стран. В недавнем прошлом он была известен как «имидж», «лицо» или «престиж». Определяя мягкую силу сегодня, мы видим различие между ней и ее предшественником не только в названии: сейчас она лежит в основе некоего фундаментального понимания международных отношений, изменения были привнесены ключевой ролью коммуникаций в нашей жизни.

The author generalizes the experience of the last political events in terms of the presence of the phenomenon «soft power» in them. Today we use the term «soft power» to define power brokers and countries. Not long ago this term was known as «image», «face» or «prestige». The contemporary notion of soft power, however, is different from its predecessors not only in the name: now it lies in the basis of a certain fundamental understanding of international relations. The differences were introduced by the key role of communications in our life.
