| Abstract: | В статье осуществляется попытка анализа масштаба распространения современной информации с помощью коммуникационных технологий. Рассматривается платформа Телеграм – мобильное приложение, которое работает по принципу «облачных» технологий. Исследователями изучаются возможности облачного Телеграм, с помощью которого создаются Телеграм-каналы, в которых публикуются новости о жизни общества. Выявляется аудитория пользователей мессенджера Телеграм, описываются маркеры участников облачного сообщества. Авторами уделяется внимание фальшивой информации, которая формируется и запускается целенаправленно для искаженного представления у пользователей интернета текущего положения дел в муниципалитетах, регионе и стране. Отмечается важность участия политических СМИ, органов власти в формировании достоверной новостной повестки. Ложная информация может приводить к процессам отчуждения в обществе, тревожным ожиданиям, к утрате социального оптимизма, запуску механизма деконструкции государственных структур и социальных связей. Перечисленные факторы, безусловно, негативно сказываются на социальной стабильности общества. Для представителей органов власти обозначается возможность использовать современные коммуникационные облачные технологии и их инструмент – мобильное приложение Телеграм. Авторами рассматриваются преимущества данной платформы. Внимание исследователей фокусируется на немодерируемых Телеграм-каналах, где зачастую отсутствуют какие-либо нормы по распространению новостного контента. У исследователей появились опасения, что на просторах данной площадки действуют и процветают экстремистские группы, особенно это актуально для текущей мировой ситуации. Авторы статьи рассматривают специфику широкой аудитории Телеграм и предлагают модераторам Телеграм-каналов адаптировать новостные ленты под запросы современных пользователей, для которых Телеграм образует облачное сообщество интернет-сервиса. В этой связи были рассмотрены региональные официальные Телеграм-каналы. Предполагается, что использование знаний специфики, потребностей и запросов аудитории Телеграм, поможет модераторам (в т.ч. органам власти) привлекать в свои Телеграм-каналы жителей региона, которые будут потреблять информацию из «первых рук». При написании статьи авторы использовали вторичный анализ исследований компаний: ВЦИОМ и Mediascope. С целью изучения аудитории облачного сообщества были рассмотрены пять крупных Телеграм-каналов регионального уровня: «А может: Кузбасс», «Инцидент Кузбасс», «Кузбасс сейчас», «Кемерово * Кемеровская область», «Новокузнецк * Кемеровская область».
The article attempts to analyze the scale of distribution of modern information with the help of communication technologies. The article considers the Telegram platform, a mobile application that works on the principle of «cloud» technology. The researchers study the possibilities of cloud Telegram, through which Telegram channels are created and various news about the life of society are published in them. The audience of Telegram messenger users is identified; the markers of cloud community participants are described. The authors pay attention to fake information, which is formed and launched purposefully to distort Internet users’ understanding of the current state of affairs in the municipalities, region and country. The importance of participation of political media and authorities in the formation of a credible news agenda is noted. False information can lead to processes of alienation in society, anxious expectations, loss of social optimism, triggering the mechanism of deconstruction of state structures and social ties. These factors, of course, have a negative impact on the social stability of society. For the representatives of the authorities there is an opportunity to use modern communication «cloud» technologies and their tool – mobile application Telegram. The authors consider the advantages of this platform. The attention of researchers focuses on unmoderated Telegram channels, where there are often no standards for the dissemination of news content. The researchers have concerns that extremist groups operate and flourish on this platform, which is especially relevant to the current world situation. The authors of the article proposed to study the specifics of Telegram audience in order to moderators to adapt the news feed to the needs of modern people who use Telegram and form a «cloud» community of this Internet service. In this regard, the regional official Telegram channels from representatives of regional authorities were considered. It is assumed that using the knowledge of the specifics, needs and demands of the Telegram audience, the authorities will work more effectively towards the formation of news content, and it will be easier to attract the region’s residents to their Telegram channels as an audience, who would consume reliable information. When writing the article, the authors used secondary analysis of research companies: VTsIOM and Mediascope. To study the audience of the «cloud» community five large regional Telegram channels were considered, in particular: «And maybe: Kuzbass», «Incident Kuzbass», «Kuzbass now», «Kemerovo * Kemerovo region», «Novokuznetsk * Kemerovo region». |
